The billing of the technically detailed support is determined as follows:
During office hours
- up to 2 hours: 200,00 € flat rate
- 2 hours and more 174,00 € per hour
For a call within business hours, please send us an order. No further consultation is possible until we have received your signature!
Outside office hours:
- Free telephone fault recording
- Free emergency spare parts request by telephone
We hereby confirm that the costs for the technical support will be borne by us and may be invoiced by SMS Elotherm GmbH.
